01 Overview

You are responsible for making sure that all information you submit to CLUBPHP is truthful and accurate. Giving false or misleading information, such as using someone else's identity or mobile wallet details, is a serious violation of these Terms. It may lead to immediate account closure and reporting to the proper authorities.

• Username and Password: You must choose a secure password and keep your login details confidential. Never share your CLUBPHP account information with anyone.
• Mobile Number: The mobile number on your CLUBPHP account should be yours and under your control. It may be used to verify your account and to process payments through the supported payment channels shown on the deposit page.
• Verification: CLUBPHP may require you to verify your identity at any time. This can include submitting a copy of your government-issued ID or another valid identification document. If you do not complete the verification when requested, your account may be restricted.

04 Deposits and Payments

CLUBPHP accepts deposits through the payment methods shown in the cashier, such as supported mobile wallets and other local options. All deposit amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at CLUBPHP is displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Always check the current minimum before starting a transaction.
• Processing Time: Deposits made through supported mobile wallets are usually credited to your CLUBPHP account within a few minutes. Occasional network delays may cause processing to take a little longer.
• Deposit Ownership: Deposits should only come from a payment account or mobile wallet registered under your own name. Using a third-party wallet is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
• Transaction Fees: CLUBPHP does not add fees to deposits. Your payment provider may still apply its own transaction charges, so check the current fee schedule of your selected mobile wallet or payment channel.
• Unsuccessful Transactions If your deposit does not reflect in your balance right away, avoid repeating the same payment immediately. Save the transaction reference number and contact CLUBPHP support so the team can investigate the transaction promptly.

05 Withdrawals

CLUBPHP works to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Subject to the conditions below, payouts are sent to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount A minimum cash-out amount applies and is shown on the withdrawal page. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification Requirement CLUBPHP may require identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, especially for first-time cash-outs or large amounts. This is a standard security measure intended to protect your funds.
• Wagering Requirements If you currently have an active bonus, you must first complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing winnings tied to that bonus. Your account balance page will clearly indicate which funds are available for withdrawal.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawal requests are completed within 24 hours. During peak periods or when additional verification is needed, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawal Limits Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to your account and are displayed in your account settings. Players with a strong transaction history may qualify for higher limits, so contact support for more details.
• Declined Withdrawals CLUBPHP reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these platform terms, or an ongoing investigation involving the account.

06 Promos & Rewards

CLUBPHP gives a range of bonuses and promos to both new and existing players who meet the 21+ age requirement. Each offer has its own specific rules, and all promos also follow the general bonus terms listed on this page.

• Wagering Requirements Every bonus carries a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before you can withdraw it or any winnings linked to it. The exact requirement is always stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games count toward the wagering requirement at the same rate. Slots usually contribute 100%, while table games and live casino betting may count at a lower percentage. Check the particular promo terms to see how each game type is treated.
• Bonus Expiry: If a bonus is not used within its stated validity period, it will automatically expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be brought back or reissued.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

Every game on CLUBPHP runs on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, so each outcome is truly random. No one—including CLUBPHP itself—can predict, manipulate, or influence the result of any round.

• RNG Certification: CLUBPHP's RNG technology is independently tested and certified. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical averages for that title.
• Game Malfunctions: If a technical malfunction occurs during a game, that round will be declared void and your wager will be returned to your account. CLUBPHP is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its control.
• Disconnection Policy: When you get disconnected during a game round, CLUBPHP will still finish the round using the game's standard rules. The result will be recorded, and your account will be updated as soon as you reconnect.
• Betting Limits: Every CLUBPHP game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown inside the game interface. Any bet placed outside those limits may be voided.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is wrong, contact CLUBPHP support within 72 hours of the disputed round. CLUBPHP will review the game logs and provide a resolution. The platform's decision on disputed game results is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CLUBPHP platform. Doing any of these can lead to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, committing identity fraud, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Multiple Accounts Opening more than one CLUBPHP account is not permitted, whether you register using your own name or someone else's details.
• Collusion Working with other players to secure an unfair edge in any game, especially in live dealer or multiplayer formats, is prohibited.
• Automated Tools Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with CLUBPHP games or the platform in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks Filing a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile wallet provider after the funds have already been used on CLUBPHP is prohibited. CLUBPHP will take all available steps to recover those funds.
• Money Laundering You may not use CLUBPHP for money laundering or to move funds that come from illegal sources. CLUBPHP complies with anti-money laundering regulations and will report any suspicious activity.
• Exploiting Bugs Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

CLUBPHP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation
• Failure to complete identity verification when CLUBPHP asks for it
• Suspected money laundering or use of funds obtained illegally
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward CLUBPHP staff or other players
• At your own request, such as a voluntary account closure
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If CLUBPHP closes an account because of a Terms violation, the platform may hold any remaining balance while the case is reviewed. When an account is closed for other reasons, such as a voluntary request from the player, CLUBPHP returns the verified balance to the registered mobile wallet on file.

10 Privacy and Data

CLUBPHP handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy, which is considered part of these Terms. Whenever you use the CLUBPHP platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as explained in that policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

The total liability of CLUBPHP to any player in connection with their use of the platform will not exceed the total amount that player deposited in the 30 days preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
